In Croatia, everywhere you look, there's history to discover

In the hills east of Sarajevo, a quiet shift is underway. Family-run guesthouses, once reliant on a handful of regulars, are opening their doors to travellers seeking something slower — mornings spent picking plums, afternoons on foot between villages, evenings around a table that never seems to empty.

This film follows three families across three valleys, each rebuilding a local economy around hospitality rather than extraction. It's a story about what's possible when a community decides tourism should serve the place, not the other way around.
